After moving back to Ohio, Cindy joined the agency in 1992. With a background in interior architecture and space planning Cindy specialized in Personal Lines until having the opportunity to own the agency, in 2006. She will ask you our "20 Standard Questions" in order to design an insurance proposal, specifically for your unique needs.

Alex joined his father, Alex "Tidy" Hamilton's agency in 1966, after serving in the U.S. Navy. He became agency president and owner from 1974 until 2006, during which he earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1978, and concentrated on commercial risk underwriting. As a lifelong Trojan, he has served many community boards and organizations.

A native of the Miami Valley, Ginger has served our clients as a licensed customer service agent and Notary Public, since 1993. Her focus is on providing customer's personal policy specific service along with claims follow up.
